Life can sometimes be difficult and you or someone you care about may need help with the stress, anxiety, depression and other emotional challenges they are facing. Behavioral Health Services at Catholic Medical Center can help.  Our adult outpatient program assists with evaluation, symptom and medication management, counseling and provides assistance in psychiatric emergencies.
Our program, certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, offers high-quality, specialized services emphasizing support to both individuals and their families, while ensuring confidentiality and privacy. We recognize our patients’ unique needs and provide comprehensive treatment plans.

Stabilization Program

This highly structured and individually tailored program for individuals 18 years of age and older offers an alternative to or transition from inpatient hospitalization and can enhance more traditional individual outpatient therapy. Services include group therapies, as well as lifestyle education, skills building and psychopharmacologic management. The wellness-focused program is designed to promote stabilization and improved ability to function. Psychiatric Emergency Services Program

CMC and The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester (MHCGM) collaborate to provide for psychiatric assessment and response by licensed mental health clinicians 24 hours a day, seven days a week at CMC’s Emergency Department. For psychiatric emergency services, go directly to the CMC Emergency Department.

Outpatient Medication Management & Counseling Program

This program, staffed by psychiatrists, nurses and licensed clinical social workers, offers evaluation, assessment, psychopharmacologic management and treatment of a broad range of psychiatric disorders. The Outpatient Program supports people needing help with personal changes, stress, anxiety or other life challenges. Patients are seen by appointment, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
